أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثَنَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِذَا أَحَبَّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ فَلْيُعْلِمْهُ إِيَّاهُ»

    لم أعلم روى هذا الحديث عن ثور إلا يحيى القطان وأبو همام محمد بن الزبرقان وليس هذا الحديث بالشام قال أبو محمد وحدثنا يزيد بن سنان قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد القطان بهذا الحديث

    machine translationI do not know of anyone who narrated this hadith from Thawr except Yaḥyā al-Qaṭṭān and Abū Hammām Muḥammad b. al-Zibriqān, and this hadith is not found in al-Shām. Abū Muḥammad said: Yazīd b. Sinān narrated to us, he said: Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd al-Qaṭṭān narrated to us this hadith.
