✧ As for the saying of Abu Awana
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بَكْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ ثنا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ السُّلَمِيُّ ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَصَلَّى بِهِ الصَّلَوَاتِ وَقْتَيْنِ إِلَّا الْمَغْرِبَ»
Translation
✧ Abu Ahmad Bakr b. Muhammad al-Sayrafi narrated to us; Abu Isma'il Muhammad b. Isma'il al-Sulami narrated to us; Ayyub b. Sulayman b. Bilal narrated to us; Abu Bakr b. Abi Uways narrated to me; from Sulayman b. Bilal; from 'Abd al-Rahman b. al-Harith and Muhammad b. 'Amr; from Hakim b. Hakim; from Nafi' b. Jubayr; from Ibn 'Abbas: “Gabriel came to the Prophet ﷺ and prayed the prayers with him at two times, except Maghrib.”

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَعَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بِطُولِهِ وَاخْتَصَرَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ فَائِدَةَ الْحَدِيثِ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ فَأَمَّا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ فَإِنَّهُ ابْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ مِنْ أَشْرَافِ قُرَيْشٍ وَالْمَقْبُولِينَ فِي الرِّوَايَةِ وَحَكِيمُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ هُوَ ابْنُ عَبَّادِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ وَكِلَاهُمَا مَدَنِيَّانِ» صحيح
