✧ From Nubayh Al-Anazi, from Umm Ayman, she said: The Prophet ﷺ came to me in the night and saw a water container beside the house. He dipped his hand in it and splashed some water on his face. I also got up during the night while feeling thirsty, so I drank from the water container without realizing. When the morning came, the Prophet ﷺ said, "O Umm Ayman, go and pour out what is in the water container." I said, "By Allah, I have already drunk from it." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ smiled until his molars were visible and then said, "Surely, your stomach will never feel discomfort because of it anymore." Adh-Dhahabi remained silent regarding summarizing it.

machine translationAbū Mālik al-Nakhaʿī, whose name is ʿAbd al-Malik b. Ḥusayn, narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Shihāb narrated it from Abū Mālik, from al-Aswad b. Qays, from Nubayḥ al-ʿAnazī, from Umm Ayman. Salm b. Qutaybah and Qurrah b. Sulaymān contradicted him, and they narrated it from Abū Mālik, from Yaʿlā b. ʿAṭāʾ, from al-Walīd b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, from Umm Ayman. Abū Mālik is weak (ḍaʿīf), and the inconsistency (iḍṭirāb) in it comes from him.
