أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْبَجَلِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ ثنا أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«أَلَا أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا يُكَفِّرُ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْخَطَايَا وَيَزِيدُ فِي الْحَسَنَاتِ؟» قَالُوا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ إِسْبَاغُ الْوُضُوءِ فِي الْمَكَارِهِ وَانْتِظَارُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ فَيُصَلِّي مَعَ الْإِمَامِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ يَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلَاةَ الْأُخْرَى إِلَّا وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ تَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ

✧ "Shall I not guide you to that by which Allah expiates sins and increases good deeds?" They said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Performing ablution thoroughly in difficult circumstances, and waiting for the next prayer after the previous one. There is no man among you who leaves his house, prays with the imam, then sits waiting for the next prayer except that the angels say, 'O Allah, forgive him; O Allah, have mercy on him.'"
