أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
«كَانَ اسْمُ مَيْمُونَةَ بَرَّةَ فَسَمَّاهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَيْمُونَةَ» صحيح
