حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ثنا ثَابِتُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ طَلَّقَ حَفْصَةَ فَأَتَاهُ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ طَلَّقْتَ حَفْصَةَ وَهِيَ صَوَّامَةٌ قَوَّامَةٌ وَهِيَ زَوْجَتُكَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَاجِعْهَا سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص

✧ The Prophet ﷺ divorced Hafsah. Then Jibril ﷺ came to him and said, "O Muhammad, you divorced Hafsah while she is a woman who fasts often and stands in prayer often, and she is your wife in Paradise, so take her back." Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the Talkhis.
