حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ ثَنَا أَبُو الْجُمَاهِرِ ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ مِخْمَرِ بْنِ حَيْدَةَ قَالَ
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَغِيبُ أَشْهُرًا عَنِ الْمَاءِ وَمَعِي أَهْلِي أَفَأُصِيبُ مِنْهُمْ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَإِنْ غِبْتُ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً»
