أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ ثَنَا جَدِّي ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ
«وَلَدَتْ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ بِأَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ وَتُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ ثَمَانِينَ وَهُوَ يَوْمَ تُوُفِّيَ ابْنُ ثَمَانِينَ سَنَةً»

✧ Asma' bt. 'Umays gave birth to 'Abd Allah b. Ja'far b. Abi Talib in the land of Abyssinia, and he died in the year eighty, and that was the day he died at the age of eighty years.
