✧ I narrated a hadith from Abu Hurairah and he denied it. I said, "I heard it from you." He said, "If you heard it from me, then it is written down with me." He took me by the hand to his house and showed me a book of his books containing the hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he found that hadith. He said, "I told you that if I narrated it to you, it is written down with me."
