✧ “Is our Islam with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, our emigration with him, our jihad with him, and our deeds with him to be returned to us? And that every deed we did after him we escaped from it equally, head for head.” Your father said to my father: “No? By Allah, we indeed strove after the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, prayed, fasted, and did much good, and we hope for that.” He said: My father said to your father: “By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I would love that it be returned to me, and that everything after that we escaped from it head for head.” He said: I said: Indeed your father is better than my father.
