حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَفَعَهُ

فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مَرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ} [النساء 43] قَالَ «إِذَا كَانَ الرَّجُلُ الْجِرَاحَةُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَوِ الْقُرُوحُ أَوِ الْجُدَرِيُّ فَيَجْنُبُ فَيَخَافُ إِنِ اغْتَسَلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ فَلْيَتَيَمَّمْ»

✧ Regarding His saying, the Exalted: {And if you are ill or on a journey} [al-Nisa' 43], he said: "If a man has a wound in the path of Allah, or sores, or smallpox, and becomes junub, and he fears that if he performs ghusl he will die, then he should perform tayammum."
