حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ
ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْسٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ مِنْ وَلَدِ أَبِي عَبْسٍ «كَانَ يُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الصَّلَوَاتِ ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى بَنِي حَارِثَةَ فَخَرَجَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ مُظْلِمَةٍ مَطِيرَةٍ فَنَوَّرَ لَهُ فِي عَصَاهُ حَتَّى دَخَلَ دَارَ بَنِي حَارِثَةَ» مرسل

✧ Abd al-Majid b. Abi Abs al-Ansari, from the descendants of Abi Abs, narrated to us: "He used to pray the prescribed prayers with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then he would go out to Banu Harithah. One dark, rainy night he went out, and it was lit up for him in his staff until he entered the dwellings of Banu Harithah." Mursal.
