حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ غَيْرُ مَرَّةٍ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ حَبَّانَ بْنَ وَاسِعٍ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ زَيْدٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «مَسَحَ أُذُنَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ الْمَاءِ الَّذِي مَسَحَ بِهِ رَأْسَهُ» «وَهَذَا يُصَرِّحُ بِمَعْنَى الْأَوَّلِ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ مِثْلُهُ» صحيح

✧ The Prophet ﷺ wiped his ears with water other than that with which he wiped his head. This clearly states the meaning of the first, and it is authentic like it.
