أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْعُمَيْسِ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ
«ذِكْرُ مَا أَوْصَى بِهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ إِنْ حَدَثَ بِهِ حَدَثٌ فِي مَرَضِهِ هَذَا أَنْ يُرْجِعَ وَصِيَّتَهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ثُمَّ إِلَى الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ وَابْنُهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ وَإِنَّهُمَا فِي حِلٍّ وَبِلٍّ مِمَّا وَلِيَا وَقَضِيَا وَلَا تَتَزَوَّجُ بَنَاتُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِمَا وَلَا يَخُصُّ ذَلِكَ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ»
