حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَطَّةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ فَحَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْحَمْرَاءِ الْخُزَاعِيِّ فَذَكَرَ خِطَابَ بُنْيَانِ الْكَعْبَةِ قَالَ
ابْنُ عُمَرَ «تُوُفِّيَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ فِي خِلَافَةِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ »
