أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ الْعَنَزِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ
«مَاتَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْجَرَّاحُ بِالْأُرْدُنِّ سَنَةَ ثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ وَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ ؓ »
