حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي مَعْبَدُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ لَمَّا قَالَ

لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَخْرِجُوا إِلَيَّ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ نَقِيبًا» فَأَخْرَجْنَا لَهُ سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ دُلَيْمِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ حُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ طَرِيفِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ بْنِ سَاعِدَةَ وَكَانَ نَقِيبٌ بَنِي سَاعِدَةَحذفه الذهبي من التلخيص لضعفه

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: "Bring out to me twelve naqibs (representatives)." So we brought out to him Sa'd b. 'Ubadah b. Dulaym b. Harithah b. Huzaymah b. Tha'labah b. Tarif b. al-Khazraj b. Sa'idah, and he was the naqib of Banu Sa'idah. Al-Dhahabi omitted it from the Talkhis due to its weakness.
