حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَزَّازُ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ ثنا الْمُطَّلِبُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ثنا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «رَأَيْتُ لِأَبِي جَهْلٍ عَذْقًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ» فَلَمَّا أَسْلَمَ عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ أَبِي جَهْلٍ قَالَ «يَا أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ هَذَا هُوَ» لا فيه ضعيفان

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I saw for Abu Jahl a cluster of dates in Paradise. When Ikrimah b. Abu Jahl embraced Islam, he said: O Umm Salamah, this is the one.
