أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ بِمَرْوَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ ذَكَرَتْ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ تُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ ذَكَرَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ دُخُولَ سَالِمٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَرْضِعِيهِ» فَأَرْضَعَتْهُ بَعْدَ أَنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا فَكَانَ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا «صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» على شرط مسلم

✧ The wife of Abu Hudhayfah mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that Salim, the freedman of Abu Hudhayfah, used to enter upon her. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, “Breastfeed him.” So she breastfed him after he had witnessed Badr, and he used to enter upon her. (Sahih according to the condition of Muslim, but they did not include it) according to the condition of Muslim.
