فَحَدَّثْنَاهُ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ
سَمِعْتُ وَاثِلَةَ بْنَ الْأَسْقَعِ صَاحِبَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تَجْلِسُوا عَلَى الْقُبُورِ وَلَا تُصَلُّوا إِلَيْهَا» وَقَدْ تَابَعَهُ صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَلَيْهِ
Translation

✧ I heard Wathilah b. al-Asqa', the companion of the Prophet ﷺ, say, "Do not sit on graves and do not pray toward them." Sadaqah b. Khalid concurred with him on it.
