✧ When news of Ja'far's death came to him, we recognized sadness in the face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Someone entered upon him and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, the women have overcome us or defeated us.' He said, 'Go back to them and silence them.' He went, then came back to him, and he sent him back three times. He said, 'Go back to them, and if they refuse, throw dust in their mouths.' Aisha said, 'I said to myself about the man: May Allah distance you. I know that you are not going to obey the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and you will not leave yourself until you know you cannot throw dust in their mouths.'
