✧ A Jew called Jurayjirah had some dinars owed to him by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He demanded payment from the Prophet ﷺ, and he said to him, 'O Jew, I do not have what I can give you.' He said, 'Then I will not leave you, O Muhammad, until you give it to me.' He ﷺ said, 'Then I will sit with you.' So he sat with him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed in that place the noon prayer, the afternoon prayer, the sunset prayer, the night prayer, and the dawn prayer. The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were threatening him and intimidating him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ noticed, and said, 'What are you doing to him?' They said, 'O Messenger of Allah, a Jew is detaining you.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'My Lord has forbidden me from wronging a person under treaty, or anyone else.' When the day declined, the Jew said, 'I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.' And he said, 'Half of my wealth is in the cause of Allah. By Allah, I did what I did to you only to look at your description in the Torah: Muhammad b. Abdullah, his birthplace is Makkah, his migration is to Taybah, and his kingdom is in Syria. He is not harsh or coarse, nor does he shout in the markets, nor does he adorn himself with obscenity or foul speech. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that you are the Messenger of Allah. This is my wealth, so judge in it as Allah has shown you.' The Jew was very wealthy. This hadith is utterly rejected.
