✧ There is no believing man or believing woman on the face of the earth but that he loves me. He said: I said, 'And what is your knowledge of that, O Abu Hurayrah?' He said, 'I used to call my mother to Islam, but she refused. One day I called her, and she made me hear about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ what I disliked. I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I used to call my mother to Islam, but she refuses. One day I called her, and she made me hear about you what I dislike. So supplicate to Allah, O Messenger of Allah, to guide the mother of Abu Hurayrah to Islam." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ supplicated for her. I returned to my mother to give her the good news of the supplication of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When I was at the door, the door was locked. I knocked on the door, and she heard my sound, so she put on her clothes and placed her head covering, and said, "Gently, O Abu Hurayrah." She opened the door for me. When I entered, she said, "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." I returned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ weeping from joy as I used to weep from sorrow, and I said, "Rejoice, O Messenger of Allah, Allah has answered your supplication and guided the mother of Abu Hurayrah to Islam." I said, "Supplicate to Allah to make me and my mother beloved to His believing servants and to make them beloved to us." He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Allah, make this servant of Yours and his mother beloved to Your believing servants, and make them beloved to them." So there is no believer, man or woman, on the earth but that he loves me and I love him.'
