✧ I fell ill, and the Prophet ﷺ came to me while I was saying, 'O Allah, if my appointed time has come, then give me rest; and if it is delayed, then raise me; and if it is a trial, then give me patience.' He said, 'What did you say?' I repeated it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'O Allah, heal him. O Allah, grant him well-being.' Then he said, 'Stand up.' I stood up, and that pain never returned to me afterwards.
