✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, while describing Yusuf (Joseph) when he saw him in the third heaven, "I saw a man whose image resembled that of the full moon on a moonlit night. So I asked Jibril (Gabriel), 'Who is this?' He replied, 'This is your brother Yusuf.' Ibn Ishaq said, 'Allah had granted Yusuf such beauty and dignity that no one before him or after him has been given. It is even said, and Allah knows best, that he was given half of all beauty, and the other half was divided among the people.'" (There is no mention of this narration by Al-Dhahabi in his summarization)
