✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited: "Has there come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing mentioned?" until he completed it. Then he said, "I see what you do not see, and I hear what you do not hear. The heaven creaked, and it rightfully creaked, for there is no space in it the width of four fingers except that an angel is placing his forehead prostrating to Allah. By Allah, if you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much, and you would not enjoy women on beds, and you would go out to the open spaces crying out to Allah. By Allah, I wish I were a tree that is cut down."
