حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَبَّانَ الْقَاضِي إِمْلَاءً ثنا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيَّ وَتَلَا قَوْلَ اللَّهِ ﷻ {أَمْ حَسِبَ الَّذِينَ اجْتَرَحُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ أَنْ نَجْعَلَهُمْ كَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ سَوَاءً مَحْيَاهُمْ وَمَمَاتُهُمْ سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ} [الجاثية 21] ثُمَّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْأَعْمَشَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
«يُبْعَثُ كُلُّ عَبْدٍ عَلَى مَا مَاتَ عَلَيْهِ»
