حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {وَقَدِّرْ فِي السَّرْدِ} [سبأ 11] قَالَ «لَا تَدُقَّ الْمَسَامِيرَ وَتُوَسِّعْ فَتَسْلُسَ وَلَا تُغْلِظِ الْمَسَامِيرَ وَتُضَيِّقِ الْحِلَقَ فَتَنْفَصِمُ وَاجْعَلْهُ قَدْرًا» هَذَا حَرْفٌ غَرِيبٌ فِي التَّفْسِيرِ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ مِمَّنْ لَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ عبد الوهاب لم يخرجاه لضعفه

✧ Regarding His saying, Exalted is He: {And determine precisely in the weaving} [Saba' 11]. He said: "Do not make the nails thin and the links wide, lest it become loose, and do not make the nails thick and the links narrow, lest it break; make it in due proportion." This is a rare expression in exegesis, and 'Abd al-Wahhab is among those whom they did not include. 'Abd al-Wahhab: they did not include him due to his weakness.
