أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ قَالَ
النَّارُ سَوْدَاءُ لَا يُضِيءُ لَهِيبُهَا وَلَا جَمْرُهَا ثُمَّ قَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا مِنْ غَمٍّ أَعِيدُوا فِيهَا}
Translation

✧ The Fire is black; its flame does not give light, nor does its ember. Then he recited this verse: {Whenever they try to come out of it from anguish, they will be returned into it}.
