أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوْنٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَاهَانَ عَلَى الصَّفَا ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ رَجُلٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ
أنها قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَا أَسْمَعُ اللَّهَ ذَكَرَ النِّسَاءَ فِي الْهِجْرَةِ بِشَيْءٍ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ ﷻ {فَاسْتَجَابَ لَهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ أَنِّي لَا أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَامِلٍ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى بَعْضُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ} [آل عمران 195]

✧ She said: O Messenger of Allah, I do not hear that Allah has mentioned women in the emigration at all. So Allah, Exalted is He, sent down: {And their Lord responded to them, 'Indeed, I will not allow the work of any worker among you to be lost, whether male or female; you are of one another} [Al Imran 195].

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ وَذَاكَرَنِي بِحَدِيثَيْنِ فِي كِتَابِ الْبُخَارِيِّ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَيَعْقُوبَ عَنِ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ فَقَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ هُوَ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ فَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ على شرط البخاري
machine translation"This is a sound (ṣaḥīḥ) hadith meeting the condition of al-Bukhārī, and they did not record it." I heard Abū Aḥmad al-Ḥāfiẓ, who discussed with me two hadiths in the book of al-Bukhārī [narrated by] Yaʿqūb from Sufyān and Yaʿqūb from al-Darāwardī. Abū Aḥmad said: He is Yaʿqūb b. Ḥumayd. And God knows best. Meeting the condition of al-Bukhārī.
