al-Mustadrak (al-Hakim) 3151

✧ Interpretation of Surah al-Imran.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ وُلَاةٌ مِنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَإِنَّ وَلِيِّي مِنْهُمْ أَبِي وَخَلِيلِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ» ثُمَّ قَرَأَ {إِنَّ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ لَلَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ وَهَذَا النَّبِيُّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاللَّهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ}

✧ "Every prophet has supporters from among the prophets, and my supporter among them is my father and intimate friend, Ibrāhīm." Then he recited: "Indeed, the people most worthy of Ibrāhīm are those who followed him and this Prophet and those who believe, and Allah is the ally of the believers."
