حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ النَّحْوِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِبُخَارَى ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ الْحَافِظُ قَالَا ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ «مَرْحَبًا بِوَصِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُوصِينَا بِكُمْ»

  • «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ ثَابِتٌ لِاتِّفَاقِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ عَلَى الِاحْتِجَاجِ بِسَعِيدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ وَعَبَّادِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ وَالْجُرَيْرِيِّ ثُمَّ احْتِجَاجِ مُسْلِمٍ بِحَدِيثِ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ فَقَدْ عَدَدْتُ لَهُ فِي الْمُسْنَدِ الصَّحِيحِ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ أَصْلًا لِلْجُرَيْرِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ الَّذِي هُوَ أَوَّلُ حَدِيثٍ فِي فَضْلِ طُلَّابِ الْحَدِيثِ وَلَا يُعْلَمُ لَهُ عِلَّةٌ فَلِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ يَجْمَعُهَا أَهْلُ الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ أَبِي هَارُونَ الْعَبْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَأَبُو هَارُونَ مِمَّنْ سَكَتُوا عَنْهُ» على شرط مسلم ولا علة له

    machine translation"This is a sound (ṣaḥīḥ), established hadith, because the two Shaykhs agreed on taking Saʿīd b. Sulaymān, ʿAbbād b. al-ʿAwwām and al-Jurayrī as proof, and then Muslim took the hadith of Abū Naḍrah as proof. I have counted for him in the Sound Musnad eleven basic narrations from al-Jurayrī. Yet they did not record this hadith, which is the first hadith on the merit of the seekers of hadith, and no defect is known in it. This hadith has chains that the people of hadith gather from Abū Hārūn al-ʿAbdī from Abū Saʿīd, and Abū Hārūn is among those about whom they remained silent." It meets the condition of Muslim and has no defect.
