أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنِي وَهْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتُ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ قَالَتْ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«نَهَى عَنِ الْخُلْسَةِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَأَنْ تُوطَأَ السَّبَايَا حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ»

✧ He forbade seizing property by stealth, eating animals that have been tied up and used as targets, and having intercourse with female captives until they have given birth to what is in their wombs.
