حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ ثنا مَعْدِيُّ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا ابْنُ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«أَلَا مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا لَهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةُ رَسُولِهِ فَقَدْ خَفَرَ ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ وَلَا يَرَحْ رِيحَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا»

✧ Indeed, whoever kills a person under a covenant who has the protection of Allah and the protection of His Messenger has violated the protection of Allah, and he will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, and its fragrance can be found from a distance of seventy autumns.
