حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي قَالَا ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّقِّيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
خَرَجَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ فَتَبِعَهُ رَجُلَانِ وَرَجُلٌ يَتْلُوهُمَا يَقُولُ ارْجِعَا حَتَّى أَدْرَكَهُمَا فَرَدَّهُمَا ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ هَذَيْنِ شَيْطَانَانِ فَاقْرَأْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ السَّلَامَ وَأَعْلِمْهُ أَنَّا فِي جَمْعِ صَدَقَاتِنَا لَوْ كَانَتْ تَصْلُحُ لَهُ لَبَعَثْنَا بِهَا إِلَيْهِ قَالَ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَدَّثَهُ «فَنَهَى عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ عَنِ الْخَلْوَةِ»

✧ A man set out from Khaybar, and two men followed him, and another man came after them saying: 'Return!' until he caught up with them and sent them back. Then he said: 'These two are devils. Convey peace to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and inform him that we are in the midst of collecting our alms; if they were suitable for him, we would have sent them to him.' When he arrived to the Prophet ﷺ and told him, he then forbade isolation.
