حَدَّثَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عِيسَى ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
يَتْبَعُ الْمُؤْمِنَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ ثَلَاثَةٌ أَهْلُهُ وَمَالُهُ وَعَمَلُهُ فَيَرْجِعُ اثْنَانِ وَيَبْقَى وَاحِدَةٌ يَرْجِعُ أَهْلُهُ وَمَالُهُ وَيَبْقَى عَمَلُهُ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: After the death of a believer, three things follow him: his family, his wealth, and his deeds. Two of them return, and only one remains. His family and wealth return, while his deeds remain. Imran al-Qattan al-Hajjaj continued the narration with its length.
