حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَنْبَأَ الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
«إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى كَتَبَ كِتَابًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِأَلْفَيْ عَامٍ وَأَنْزَلَ مِنْهُ آيَتَيْنِ خَتَمَ بِهِمَا سُورَةَ الْبَقَرَةِ وَلَا تُقْرَآنِ فِي دَارٍ فَيَقْرَبُهَا الشَّيْطَانُ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ»

✧ "Indeed, Allah, Blessed and Exalted, wrote a Book two thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth, and He sent down from it two verses with which He concluded Surah al-Baqarah. They are not recited in a house for three nights but that the devil approaches it."
