✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Stand straight so that I may praise my Lord.' They formed rows behind him, and he said: 'O Allah, to You belongs all praise. O Allah, there is no withholder of what You extend, and no extender of what You withhold, and no guide for the one You lead astray, and no misleader for the one You guide, and no giver of what You prevent, and no preventer of what You give, and no bringer near of what You distance, and no distancer of what You bring near. O Allah, spread upon us from Your blessings, Your mercy, Your bounty, and Your provision. O Allah, I ask You for bliss on the Day of Resurrection and security on the Day of fear. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what You have given us and the evil of what You have withheld. O Allah, make faith beloved to us and beautify it in our hearts, and make disbelief, wickedness, and disobedience hateful to us, and make us among the rightly guided. O Allah, cause us to die as Muslims and live as Muslims and join us with the righteous, not disgraced nor tempted. O Allah, fight the disbelievers who deny Your messengers and hinder from Your path, and place upon them Your punishment and torment, O God of truth.'
