machine translationThis ḥadīth has a sound chain (ṣaḥīḥ al-isnād), provided that Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm al-Taymī heard from Salamah b. al-Akwaʿ that he asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about praying while carrying a bow, and he said: "Pray with the bow and throw away the horn." This is so, and the two (al-Bukhārī and Muslim) did not record it.
