✧ My father came in upon me while I was performing the major ablution on Friday and said, 'Is this a major ablution due to janabah or for Friday?' I said, 'Due to janabah.' He said, 'Perform another ablution, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever performs the major ablution on Friday remains in a state of purification until the next Friday."'
