✧ Who should wipe their hands with soil after using the bathroom?

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ مَوْلًى لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«ائْتِنِي بِوَضُوءٍ» ثُمَّ دَخَلَ غَيْضَةً فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِمَاءٍ فَاسْتَنْجَى ثُمَّ مَسَحَ يَدَهُ بِالتُّرَابِ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Bring me water for purification." Then, he entered the bathroom, so I brought him water. He performed istinja (cleaning after using the toilet), then rubbed his hand with soil, and then washed his hands.
