✧ Whoever applies kohl, let him apply it an odd number of times. Whoever does so has done well, and whoever does not, there is no blame. Whoever cleans himself with stones, let him use an odd number. Whoever does so has done well, and whoever does not, there is no blame. Whoever eats, let him pick his teeth. What he removes with the toothpick, let him spit out, and what he works loose with his tongue, let him swallow. Whoever does so has done well, and whoever does not, there is no blame. Whoever goes to relieve himself, let him conceal himself. If he finds nothing but a heap of sand, let him turn his back to it, for the devils play with the posteriors of the children of Adam. Whoever does so has done well, and whoever does not, there is no blame.
