أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ يَقُولُ

«قَيِّدُوا الْعِلْمَ بِالْكِتَابِ»
