The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi and the opening of Ha-Mim al-Mumin up to His saying, "Forgiver of sin and Accepter of repentance, severe in punishment, Possessor of bounty. There is no god except Him; to Him is the destination," [Ghafir 40:3], will not see anything he dislikes until evening. And whoever recites it in the evening will not see anything he dislikes until morning."
