أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَوْصَى بِمَالِهِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَسَأَلَ الْوَصِيُّ عَنْ ذَلِكَ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ «أَعْطِهِ عُمَّالَ اللَّهِ» قَالَ وَمَنْ عُمَّالُ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «حَاجُّ بَيْتِ اللَّهِ»

✧ A man bequeathed his wealth in the way of Allah. The executor asked Umar about that, and he said: “Give it to Allah's workers.” He asked: Who are Allah's workers? He said: “The pilgrims of Allah's House.”
