حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنْ الْأَوْلِيَاءِ يُجِيزُونَ الْوَصِيَّةَ فَإِذَا مَاتَ لَمْ يُجِيزُوا؟ قَالَا «لَا يَجُوزُ»
Translation
