حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ الْمَعْمَرِيِّ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
فِي عَبْدٍ بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ أَعْتَقَ أَحَدَهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ وَأَمْسَكَهُ الْآخَرُ قَالَ «مِيرَاثُهُ بَيْنَهُمَا»
