حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبَانَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ حَصِيرَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي وَلَدِ الزِّنَا لِأَوْلِيَاءِ أُمِّهِ «خُذُوهُ إْنَكُمْ تَرِثُونَهُ وَتَعْقِلُونَهُ وَلَا يَرِثُكُمْ»
