✧ Inheritance of Children Born out of Wedlock

حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «قَضَى بِمِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّهِ كُلِّهِ لِمَا لَقِيَتْ فِيهِ مِنَ الْعَنَاءِ»

Translation

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ "ruled the inheritance of the child of a woman divorced by li'an entirely for his mother, because of the hardship she endured in bearing him."
