✧ Inheritance of Children Born out of Wedlock

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ
«ابْنُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ مِثْلُ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا تَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ وَوَرَثَتُهُ وَرَثَةُ أُمِّهِ»
